Ifield Parish Map
The Royal Oak

The Royal Oak was built in the late 1850s by a local builder named Stephen Warren. Warren also installed the engine in Ifield Steam Mill, a stones throw away on Ifield Green, and the dressed ironstone used to construct the front wall of the pub is from spoil created by the digging of the wells used by the mill.
